QUESTION 1: What has surprised you in the book? Why?
RESPONSE 1:Something that has really surprised me about the book is the relationships between the most unexpected things. An example of this was the dead guy found in the forest. It later was realized that this man was the same guy who helped Jack when he was looking for his suspect in the bar. It also turns out that this case might be related to the case that he had been rejected to working on in the beginning of the novel. I am also very surprised at all that has happened so far. There is a lot to keep track of and each event is an exciting twist to the story. Overall, I can't wait to find out what happens to this fascinating character in the end.
QUESTION 2: What in the book upsets you or bothers you? Why?
RESPONSE 2: I think that the maining thing that bothers me the most is the fact that he left his mom in France with terminal cancer. Although she wanted him and his brother to leave there and remember her how she was there, I still am mad that she was just left there in her home alone with her nurse to die. I think that at least they should have stayed an extra couple of days rather than just two days to say good bye. Also, I am upset that they aren't being allowed access to the Kramer case. I just want them to find out what happened and get it over with. This story has a lot of jumping around between events and places and at some points, it's hard to follow. However, I am really enjoying this story and can't wait to see what finally happens.

This was very nice and descriptive and VERY long. The only thing is that there were a couple of spelling mistakes like the last entrie. Also reading this was a joy! you connect with your character very well.
